How to Return an Item

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item due to it being damaged during delivery, please review our simple return policy below:

  • ​All jewlery items are non-refundable unless they are damaged during the delivery process. Please contact us within 15 days, with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • Special orders or clearance items are not refundable.

​

  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers should contact us within 15 days of order delivery to request a refund.

In the event of receiving a damaged product. Please include in your message a note stating the reason for your return. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on where to ship your return. Shipping costs to return the item is paid by the buyer. Upon receipt of items returned, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted goods, exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.
